Over the next two decades, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) predicts that air travel will double.

While air travel is relatively safe, this increase in air traffic will inevitably increase the risk of airplane accidents. Negligence is one party’s failure to do something a reasonable person would have done in a similar situation. Product liability holds manufacturers, designers, and sellers of defective products (i.e. airplane parts) liable for any injuries caused by their products.
